Subject:Maintaining a common set of web site links From:John Posada <jposada01 -at- yahoo -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com> Date:Wed, 26 Oct 2005 09:39:59 -0700 (PDT)
Hi, guys...normally, this would be OT, but the need is because it has
something to do with me writing my documentation.
I have a laptop (LT) and a desktop computer (DT). Sometimes, I'll add
a link to my browser favorites from the LT, sometimes from the DT.
I'd like to keep them syncronized. I'm aware of exporting and
importing, but one overwrites the other.
So, is there either:
- a way of syncing the favorites links between the two so what was
added on the DT gets added to the LT and vice versa.
- a place where I can maintain a common list of my links on the
internet so that when I add a link either from my DT or LT, the
common list gets updated?
Thanks
John Posada
