We call our group "Technical Communication Resources" because we provide
assistance with documentation for all functional areas from Engineering
to Training to Web Support and our deliverables increasingly take on a
variety of formats other than simply printed or written.

We went with this name for several reasons. One is that we are in an
acronym-happy industry, and we weren't really thrilled with what we
might turn into if we went with the more traditional "Technical
Publications" name for our group.
