Aggression and disagreeableness are not always the most efficient
responses to dysfunction. Instead, express your concerns with tremendous
politeness *and* frequency: Hourly phone calls, hourly e-mail messages,
and hourly visits to the dysfunctional colleague's cubicle (*always*
with a smile and a kind word!). Try it before you say it can't be
done...
