My CTO likes the MSDN help

so much so that he would like us to move the product docs in that direction.
I have no problems with that idea but I have no idea how they make those
docs.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? If we wanted to do the robust
stuff that MSDN is doing where do I start looking in terms of tools,
requirements for our group, etc?
