Wendy Lewis wrote, in part, "I've reinstalled each program twice and see the
PDFMaker files being installed, then they are gone."

Hi Wendy,

I didn't see the original post, but this sounds like a problem that had me
chasing my tail for a couple of weeks. (I *am* my IS/IT department.)
I reinstalled both Acrobat and Word numerous times trying to get the Adobe
PDF functions back. Then I found a document on the Adobe support site that
said to select Help>About [application name] then click Disabled Items (in
the lower right corner). If the PDFMaker addin is listed, select it and
click Enable. Close and restart Word. That fixed it for me. (Let's not get
me started on how frustrated I was that MS hid that option in the Help menu
rather than in Tools!)

I hope this helps.

Best,
Marci
