We cannot make a Dari translation round-trip, since frame cannot handle Dari.

Indeed, MIF2Go is the tool "par excellence" to convert your FrameMaker files to Word, but I would only do this to edit the Word files and NOT reimport them back into FrameMaker ("round-tripping").
