Having formal TW or managerial training will not make you a good TW or
manager.  Since you've been at it for 15 years, you've got the TW part of
the equation figured out.  As for being a good manager, all you have to do
is look back at the good and bad managers you've had.  Apply what you can
from the good ones and keep an eye out for those traits you didn't like
from the bad ones.  Don't take yourself to seriously, learn to laugh at
diversity, don't drink wine from a box and you'll do fine.
