I agree with Ken. In my opinion, the "20 something" may have thought he
was cute, but he put his company in jeapordy for legal action from a
variety of angles--age descrimination being the most obvious. I worked for
a small company that was involved in such a lawsuit. It sure put a damper
on moral, and it also significantly shortened the 20-something's career
path which was too bad because other than trying to be smart at the wrong
time, he wasn't a bad kid.
