Hello all!

I have been a silent reader of the list for a little while now and was wondering if anyone could help me out. At the moment I am researching Technical Communication/Authoring courses and would welcome any feedback from the list members. Which courses (online or onsite) do people recommend? What qualifications do people consider necessary when hiring a technical writer? That type of thing would be a huge help!

Thanks in advance,
Claire
