Subject:RE: Office 2007, XPS, and PDF From:"Dan Goldstein" <DGoldstein -at- riverainmedical -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com> Date:Mon, 5 Jun 2006 11:54:18 -0400
Once again, we forgot to read the fine print:
"As a result, Microsoft plans to remove from
Office 2007 the ability to save documents as
either PDF or XPS formats. Those capabilities
can be added back in by customers via a free
download from Microsoft's site."
So Office 2007 will Save As PDF, after all.
Lately, MS seems to be solving every problem with a free download --
remember the "No WinHelp in Vista" bugaboo?
Thanks,
Dan
