If you need to send occasional large files to individual recipients, and
don't have an FTP server available at present, then I would suggest you use
www.yousendit.com.

I suggest it quite frequently when graphic designers need to send me large
graphics when they don't have a server for themselves and the file size
would be likely to overload inboxes.
