Hi Kirk,

If you have Acrobat, you can open the PDF and then choose Save As, and save it as a Word document. I'm not sure what you options are it you don't have Acrobat. Perhaps you can Google for a tool that converts PDF to Word; I think there are a few free ones floating around.
