Hello all,

A quick FrameMaker question:

I've been creating index markers in FrameMaker. Very often, one heading
in a chapter may require several index markers. I've just been placing
the markers anywhere in the heading (typically between words in the
heading).

Is there any preferred place to put the index markers in a heading:
* Before the heading?
* After the heading?
* Between words in the heading?
* On a separate line after the heading?
* Does it matter?

Just curious how the "pros" do it. Is there any preferred or generally
recognized placement of the markers?

Thanks.

Keith
