The only feedback I have ever gotten from a job I applied to on Dice.com
was for a one-year contract position with the world's largest computer
company... Your best bet is to find the job in Dice, then go to the company website
and submit it directly to them.

I've had the opposite luck with Dice.com. I've been placed in three of
my 8 positions through recruiters found on Dice (though not always for
the actual position I was applying for). In my experience, most Dice
postings are actually posted by recruiters, so finding the employer
from a listing to send your resume directly to them frequently is not
possible.

Whenever I'm laid off or am ready to move on, my first stop is always to Dice.
