Well, I'm sure that's true. I guess I was going based off the lawyers I
work with and they like the online format. Their biggest concern is the
content and whether someone can print it or not.

On this point I would recommend checking with the people
at the top.  Lawyers tend to have an inordinate affection for
documents made from dead trees.
