Does "I have busted this same gut" count as positive? Or at least supportive? I think we all get frustrated by the thought of people not paying attention to what we write. It is like the old horse to water thing. You can write the documentation, but you can't make someone read it! :)

Ok so there was not much positive there.. Maybe, after lunch! :)
