The people who started Blue Sky's Robohelp left to form MadCap software
which produces Flare. BTW, Flare for Framemaker just came out in October.
I am not in any way associated with MadCap but I did buy Flare.

I sat through a demonstration at a local STC meeting (IESTC.org).
The story goes that Macromedia bought RoboHelp, and then let it die
on the vine. The people that developed Robohelp originally then
started Doc-To-Help.
