>A T-Letter seems to be the perfect cover letter for a recruiter.
I, for one, am a big advocate of the T-letter. I have used it quite a
few times; I find that I get more interviews with a T-letter than a
traditional cover letter.
A few years ago, my son was unemployed. He was required to take a class
on "how to get a job" through the state unemployment office. When the
trainer talked about resumes, he said that the best cover letter is a
"T-letter." Since that is a term invented by techwr-l, he was surprised
before breaking out laughing. He figured someone had seen one of my
T-letters :).
