John, I know I did this in an HTML class. You must be asking for more than that. It was a matter of identifying the coordinates and putting them into tags. Heartwarmingly, I put a picture of my cat up on my web page and linked each one of the 7 heavenly virtues to one of 7 hot spots on Diablo's impertinent face.

(Too much information? Sorry!)

So, I guess I'm saying you can do it in Notepad or anything more sophisticated.

But I know you've been in this game a long time, so I must be missing a criterion in your post that would make it a more difficult thing to do. Eh?
