To sound more "energetic" on the phone, sit in front of a mirror while youTo sound more energetic on the phone, use a cordless, and stand up!
interview. Watch yourself and make sure you're smiling while you talk. That
will come across in your voice.
Walk around if it helps!
Yes, also remember to smile. It may not make you sound more energetic, but it will help you sound warmer/ friendlier.
For me at least, it helps hugely.
