Oh dear! You actually read the help? But, but, but... Nobody ever reads 
that! ;)

I do hope it was accurate!

Now just don't let that get out for the rest of the world to see. I don't

An alternative solution.

In Help (Keyboard Shortcuts) there is the keyboard shortcut:

Repeat find (after closing Find and Replace window).  ALT+CTRL+Y

This shortcut key does not display the dialog box.
