For effect, it may have been done on purpose. I say leave it as you
found it unless you are changing the direction of the thread, then
it's OK to change the subject line.

Also, changing the spelling or grammar of the subject line is, in
effect, correcting grammar and spelling, something that's not
supposed to be done.
