My cubemate's Selectric wasn't locked up at night, but it was a scarce and valuable resource. One morning we came in and he noticed that the cover he put on every night was slightly misaligned. Who, he wondered, had stayed after hours to use it, and for what?

I examined the film ribbon and determined the answer. A few inches back it read: "htimS nohJ fo emuseR."
