Those of you involved in help authoring, know that Microsoft's
Windows Vista operating system did not ship with the Winhlp32.exe
file that is required for viewing HLP files on Vista.
This file is now available for download from Microsoft's site:
It will be a day or two before the KB article
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607) is updated with the
download link. Note that the TinyURL will eventually expire.
