I read:

Waxing Techcomm - http://techcommdood.blogspot.com/index.html
Helpstuff - http://www.helpstuff.com/blog/index.php
Core Dump - http://www.soltys.ca/coredump/coredump.html (not purely a
tech writing blog, but written by a tech writer with regular TW content)
STC Eastern Ontario Blog - http://blog.stceo.net/

Plus, other tech sites such as Slashdot, Digg, and the daily Dilbert
cartoon often have TW-relevant info. However, the bulk of my 150-ish RSS
feeds are about stuff other than tech writing.
