What does "break" mean in your lexicon? If it means
crash, no... if you are speaking of incorrect or
completely dysfunctional page display, then I am
wondering why you haven't seen more of this.
There are also problems with the W3C standards
themselves, which are often unrealistic, which is why
there are different interpretations for Opera, IE, FF,
Konqueror, and so on.
