Suppose the person is not there any more?
 
Disaster preparedness/Business continuity/Contingency planniny.
 
Several incidents ABSOLUTELY define the requirements documents/functional  
specifications
 
September 11, 2001 - 3000 people lost their lives - what happened to the  
business the were working on.   Several on the planes were the only  people who 
managed the company, and the companies are not around now.
 
 
Katrina - New Orleans - how many businesses are not around now because of  
the lloss of life, relocation, etc.
 
Do you have a backup for yourself.  Some one who can take over if you  aren't 
there?
 
Am I being too picky?  I'll bet that you may NOT have thought of the  
ramifications of 'disaster' in your company.
