I guess, though it would be a stretch. Our Customer Engineers (CEs)
use the software, true, but they also develop custom scripts,
patches, customizations, hot fixes, etc., They are expected to do
these things. Users, OTOH, might create scripts (we have a scripting
language), but not the others and it is not expected of them.
