This, unfortunately, is exactly what's happening. Webworks is converting
Frame's internal paragraph ID numbers into HTML. I need to suppress
this. One list member suggested using a hard return instead of starting a
new paragraph. While this prevents the paragraph from being assigned a
new ID (and thus suppresses the anchor tag for it), it also adds an
additional return in the HTML, which leads to the same output.
I'd like to remove the <a name="..."> </a> entirely. We've managed to do
this in other documentation, but I wasn't around for the configuration
process, and I'm new to both Frame and Webworks.
