That's certainly a possibility, though I'd like to avoid post-processing
the HTML as much as possible. We have literally hundreds of code samples
in our documentation, and they're all in the same boat. I wouldn't object
to writing a sed or awk script to fix the problem, but it seems a bit like
overkill when it works without modification on other Frame documents we
have.
