Figure numbering following Heading 5

If my heading 5 series numbering is like this:

 

H:<n>.<n>.<n>.<n>.<n+>< =0 > < >

 

What would my figure numbering look like so that all figures in the
chapter, regardless of what number heading they follow, are incremental
like this:

 

Figure 1.1

Figure 1.2

 

....

 

Figure 5.1

Figure 5.2

 

Currently it looks like this, but doesn't work if the figure follows a
Heading 5  heading.

 

H:Figure <n>< >< >< >.<n+>< >:

 

This doesn't work either:
