Sorry, I didn't notice that the list was also addressed in your
response. I stated offlist:

For ethical reasons, I didn't take the add-ins that I created when I
left that company. Anyway the gist of it is that we were supposed to be
working with NDoc to document VB code. So I accessed the Visual Studio
IDE using code assigned to custom icons on a toolbar. This code would
output separate sets of NDoc-compliant, JavaDoc-like XML elements for
class members such as subroutines, functions and properties. The
programmers however, were expected to fill in comments in each tag. I
would then generate help files from the tags using NDoc.

where the methodology is described? I have a new job
coming up where I will once again have to work with
coders, and I know I will have to refight the
commenting battle. The more the process can be
