I don't name screen elements unless I must. So, I'd write, "select USA
from the Country list," or something similar.
Someone mentioned having to hole USA in your mental RAM until you see
where that is (the Country list), but it feels more natural to me to
write it as I have; I don't think the order of the language is a
barrier.
Still, as I said, all are fine, just be consistent.
