Hi. I was browsing the web, trolling for contracts, and ran across an
outsourcing (I work only via telecommute) company called oDesk. Does anyone
know anything about them? (www.odesk.com) In some ways, this company
sounds great - supports off-site work, lets you set your own hours and pay
rate. But, they require writers to install a tracking software that tracks
mouse clicks and computer activity (ostensibly to prove to the client that
you actually worked the hours you said you worked) . This bothers me a lot.
