Customers often aren't as impressed by new presentation technology as
we are. Many would still prefer a good old bound manual to pretty much
anything electronic.
(Please don't post in all the advantages of electronic publication. I
get it, trust me. But in my experience, if a customer complains about
the format of your docs, 9 times out of 10 the next thing they want
you to do is give them a hard copy manual.)
