If you don't hear the gripes, *your* blood pressure will stay normal :-)
And I think Gordon's suggestion of using SVN or another SCCS to log changes
to files is a good one. Once that is in place, you can politely tell the
person that she can check the revision history for the file she suspects has
been changed... and if she *still* continues with the griping, you have
grounds to complain to HR about that behavior.
