Hi David,

Is it possible that you're confusing tech writing with marcom? Last time
I checked, it was my job to give my audience objective, technical
information.

On the occasions when I'm asked to *persuade* them to do something, I
know I'm taking a little marcom break, which is cool. But it isn't the
same.
