I *totally* agree about avoiding filenames that include the
figure number. In the first place, it inherently denies the
possibility that the file might be used in more than one
publication or more than one context. Second, it really
adds very little informational value. And third, if you add or
delete a figure you render most (or all) of the existing
filenames inaccurate.

One question... What happens when you add a new figure, and Fig_10 now
becomes Fig_11 in your doc?

Perhaps there is a way that it can work for some groups, but I've
avoided naming graphics by their figure numbers for as long as I can
remember for just such a reason.
