May I add: you have to either add the folder in which you install your
FOP processor to your PATH variable so the fop.sh script can be
executed without specifying an absolute filesystem path,
OR
Modify /u01/localapp/serna/serna-3.3/utils/publishing/runFop.sh to
specify the full path to the fop.sh script in the folder where it's
been installed.

Oh, and some of those processors require Java - so you may have to
install a JRE too, if you don't have one, and if you download and
install a FOP processor that depends on Java. Examine the installed
fop.sh script to see if it calls the "java" program...

I just went through this yesterday for someone else, but on Windows...
