I think now we're getting into the conjecture stage. I'll buy that MS
was probably trying to obfuscate the content, but only because we
think we know what MS would do in this position. They might be, OTOH,
MS doesn't have the lock on employing only highly skilled
writers...with 300 people on the effort, poor documentation can be
the result.
