If you are going to use the applications to for TW candidates, I suggest allowing for a larger number of jobs held than is typical. Telling a TW to list all jobs held in the last 20 yrs and then giving him/her place to enter three jobs is not the way to go. I have held more than 3 jobs in a single year.
Include the statement "Why should we hire you." (And become an expert at analyzing 30 commercials that career counselors typically coach job seekers on.)
