No, it isn't. What you found is a Google Books book preview. There's
lots of good material, but too much is left out for the preview to
suffice for the book. The chapter that begins with the Robert Frost
quote on p.95 is a good case in point--the preview omits the part of the
experimental study where he discusses the design protocol observed for
the instructional designer who is asked to create "a self-contained
instruction package to teach laypeople a reasonably complicated
computational environment."
You wouldn't want to miss that, would you?
