Ok I am not usually a horoscope person...and I am sorry if this is completely off topic...I just got a kick out of the fact that after reading about 30 replies to this post...when I clicked on my horoscope it said the following:

Cancer:
"Is a colleague being unnecessarily quarrelsome? Try to understand why, and you may defuse a potential argument. Seeing events from a different perspective is crucial to unlocking the mystery of their behavior."

This also could apply to a rather cantankerous developer in my office as well as the posting on here! :)
