A legitimate concern about the insularity and "freshness" of the group
was raised. Since the Original Poster is the group manager and hired all
the people in the group, he or she knows them and their situation far
better than we do. Suffice it to say that, if they have been following
the conversation, they probably have the information needed to make a
decision.
My vote is to lay off the topic for now and hope we are apprised of the
