I am training a fresher for software testing for the last 20 days. We have
covered the basics of Quality Assurance and the trainee is comfortable with
the theoritical aspects. Presently, I have put her onto creating Test Cases
for a simple application and I think it is time I evaluated her performance.
Towards this end, I am compiling a list of key performance indicators such
as subject knowledge, ability to innovate, and ability to grasp new
concepts.
I would be highly thankful if you could share your views on what
you consider as critical parameters for assessing trainee performance.
