LOL! No worries Bonnie - you are correct. I have tons and tons of
documents and EACH document needs its own unique cleanup effort!

 That is, she has to create new styles in EACH of the tons and tons of
documents. She can do that with a few mouse clicks on tons and tons of
documents in several seconds.

If I'm mistaken, I'd really appreciate someone setting me straight.
