Knowledge is manufactured. There is no end to knowledge, only to the
manufacturing resources (you). You MUST have more clearly defined
deliverables. I'd create a list of each document or collection and
define its purpose, subject, and audience. I'd then list the topics in
each, and define their purpose and content. If you can get your boss to
approve that, you have some hope of delivering it.
