My company uses Confluence as a wiki by Atlassian Software - it's really easy to use. It links to their bug tracking software which we also use.

There are links to Confluence wikis (used to deliver documentation, though) on the DITA and Wikis post of this blog: http://justwriteclick.com/

I don't think anyone can send you a link to a wiki used internally as an intranet. Ours just started by creating an area for each department, and the folks in those departments just added the information they felt they needed in there.
