Page Numbers in an MS Word attachment

Hi All,

I am facing a very strange problem with the page number of a Word Document.
I have created a word document that also has a table of contents. I was
supposed to email the file as an attachment to a colleague. When she opened
the file from her email, the TOC showed wrong page numbers (eventhough when
she clicked on an item it took her to the correct page). She had to update
the TOC to display the correct page numbers.

This problem is faced everytime an MS Word attachment is opened from within
an email. Can anyone please tell me how to keep the page numbes intact.
