The short answer is "You cannot, unless..." :)
Word is paginating based on the connected printer. If you and your
colleague use identical printers with identical settings, the problem is
mitigated. I suggest you set your printer to Adobe PDF before you
repaginate and save, and have your colleague set her printer to Adobe
PDF as well. Then when she opens the document, the pagination should
remain the same, assuming identical versions and setup.
There are a dozen other ways that you can have problems with this, but
this is the most common reason.

Subject: Page Numbers in an MS Word attachment
Hi All,
I am facing a very strange problem with the page number of a Word
Document.
I have created a word document that also has a table of contents. I was
supposed to email the file as an attachment to a colleague. When she
opened the file from her email, the TOC showed wrong page numbers
(eventhough when she clicked on an item it took her to the correct
page). She had to update the TOC to display the correct page numbers.
This problem is faced everytime an MS Word attachment is opened from
within an email. Can anyone please tell me how to keep the page numbes
intact.
